Band Gobi and Matar Ki Sabzi

Ingredients:

  • One Cabbage (chopped)
  • One cup Green peas 
  • One tsp Cumin (roasted crushed)
  • One tsp Black pepper (crushed)
  • One bunch Green Coriander (chopped)
  • Two Lemon 
  • ½ cup Oil 
  • Six Green chili (chopped)
  • Whole Four red chili 
  • One tsp Turmeric 
  • Salt to Taste

How To Cook:

  1. Heat Oil in a Pan.
  2. Add green Peas ‘ Salt & Turmeric Powder.
  3. Cook for five Minutes.
  4. Then add Chopped Cabbage ‘ whole Red chilies ‘ Chopped green chilies & Black pepper.
  5. Stir & cook for five Minutes.
  6. Garnish it with Lemon & chopped Coriander.
